I'll try to get the basics covered here. If you have a question that you do not see answered here, drop me a line at Jeremiah at bitsandwood dot com or hit me up on Twitter @bitsandwood.

Depending on the time of day, I try to process all orders on the day they come in. The exception is with photo prints. I like to let them 'cure' for 24 hours after printing before packaging them. Because of this, they may ship one or two business days after order.

For the most part, I ship everything via the US postal service. This helps to keep the total price down a bit. When possible, I will email you the tracking number of your order. Small sticker orders are sent First class mail so those items do not receive tracking numbers.

If you have a problem with your order or are not satisfied, please let me know by emailing me at Jeremiah at bitsandwood dot com and I will do my best to make things right within reason. If you put your cutting board through the dish washer and it splits, well, I warned you not to do that. I will not refund for abuse of the product. Chopsticks, since they are eating utensils, cannot be returned once used. That would just be gross. If you try to put one of my stickers on a cop car and get arrested, sorry, but that's your own fault for being dumb. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Do I accept custom orders for wood projects? Well, it depends. Usually no because I'm so busy making my won designs, but if you have a really good idea that I want to try building I may accept that sort of commission. Otherwise, what I show on this site is what I offer. You can always email me at Jeremiah at bitsandwood dot com and ask.

Q: I ordered a sticker(s) but I received one more than I ordered that says Bits and Wood and has the current year on it. How come?
A: I include an annual sticker with every order. I plan on having new, unique ones made each year. These stickers are not for sale. They're just an extra 'thank you' for supporting my creative efforts.
